3 steps for quick and easy returns

1. pack the item
It is best to use the same packaging that you received the goods in. Make sure that the items are well padded to prevent damage in transit. Check that the items are complete.

2. request a return label
Simply purchase the label online from DHL. Print it out, cut it out and stick it on your parcel. Please make sure that no old shipping labels are visible.

3. take the package to the post office
You can hand in your parcel at any post office or DHL parcel shop. Please check the charges. Please keep the delivery receipt in case you have any questions.
